Pay What You Can | July 8 September 4

Join us at MOCA for a special pay-what-you-can pricing during the brief period between our major exhibitions. 

MOCA is a charitable organization that relies on the support of our visitors, members and community to help fulfill our mandate of bringing groundbreaking work from Canadian and international artists. 

PWYC periods are a great time to come to MOCA and bring your friends. Remember, Floor 1 is always free.

No advance tickets necessary. Donations can be made at the museum.

Includes access to programming on all exhibiting floors. Events, talks and other programming may require additional fees. Floor 1 is always free to the public and includes a café by Forno Cultura, Art Metropole shop and the Invitation Project, a site-responsive installation.

Senior (65+): $5

Group Visits

Adult Groups

Does your group (10 people or more) want to visit MOCA? Group bookings are easy. For groups 10 people or more, book your tickets online (group discount will be applied automatically at the check out). Select the day you wish to come and enter the number of people visiting. The group rate of $8/adult will be applied. A follow-up will be sent if required only.

Guided Tours

MOCA is pleased to offer free guided tours of our current exhibitions for groups smaller than 30 people. If you are interested in a guided tour, please contact learning@moca.ca with your preferred date, time and number of people.

Please note: guided tours are only offered on weekdays. MOCA requests at least two weeks’ notice to book a guided tour.

School Groups

MOCA welcomes self-guided school groups of all ages. Youth under the age of 18 are free to visit MOCA, and tickets can be booked online (group discount will be applied automatically at the check out). Select the day you wish to come and enter the number of people visiting. Any chaperones or adults visiting with the group would receive the group rate of $8/ticket. We recommend a ratio of 1:10 (1 supervisor for every 10 students) and booking in advance to make your arrival quick and easy.

MOCA Toronto aims to be a barrier-free and accessible museum for all.

We are located on Floors 1 to 5 of the Tower Automotive Building. Each floor has elevator access. We have two wheelchairs that are available to borrow. Service animals are welcome.

Getting Here

We are located at 158 Sterling Road, Toronto, Ontario.

By Transit


We are conveniently located near Lansdowne and Dundas West Station on the Bloor subway line. From either station, we are a 10-minute walk away.


The closest streetcar stop is at Dundas St. West and Sterling Rd., which can be reached by the 505 Dundas and 506 Carlton streetcars. The museum is a 5-minute walk north from the stop.

UP Express:

The UP Express is Toronto’s rail link between Toronto Pearson Airport and Union Station. MOCA is located nearby Bloor Station. From Pearson, it is two stops away and from Union Station, it is only one stop away. From Bloor Station, we are located 10-minutes away on foot.

By Bike or Foot

Just behind MOCA is the West Toronto Railpath. Running north-south between Dupont St. and Dundas St. West, the Railpath is the perfect place to walk or bike. You can access MOCA from the Railpath via a pathway between MOCA and Henderson Brewery.

You may also walk along Sterling Rd. to reach MOCA’s front entrance.

There is bike parking on the east side of Sterling Rd.

By Car

MOCA can be accessed from Sterling Rd.

The nearest Green P parking lots are at Dundas St. and Roncesvalles Ave., Bloor St. and Lansdowne Ave. (northeast corner), and Margueretta St. and Bloor St. There is limited parking available in the neighbourhood.

Limited paid parking can be found across MOCA.
